Looking For A Light-sport Or Ultralight Airplane Either...

New postby Ardelle » 28 Nov 2009, 17:03

Looking for a light-sport or ultralight airplane either free or owner-financed - any leads?

Finances are tight and credit options restricted, but I could use an ultralight or light-sport airplane to build hours/confidence while I work toward my light-sport license. Mechanically inclined, so projects are acceptable.

It is extremely difficult, especially if you are interested in a new plane. The demand is so high currently or new planes that you must have a huge deposit up front when you place the order and then you must have the final balance due at delivery. Keep in mind to that operating a plane is extremely difficult. No bank is going to finance you if they determine that you don't have the net worth to maintain the plane.
