What is the best all around class1V or better white water river in BC Canada?

I've been told it's the Fraser. Any personal experience input would be appreciated.

I would say say Hells Gate on the Fraser. Friends did it afew years ago. He said he actually thought he was going to die. I do believe that section is a 5
Check out the Stein too. This river is a 4-5 also
