Can an employer make an employee take a survey that will "better the company" mandatory? Do I have any rights?

The survey will be administered by a third party and I have been told that it is mandatory. Supposedly all of your answers are to help the large corporation better themselves. If I take the survey I will only answer the questions politically correct - not honestly. Everyone I talked to about it says they will not be honest. They fear retaliation even though it is stated by HR that there will not be any consequences. Do I have the right to refuse?

It is perfectly lawful for them to require that you take the survey, providing that no questions ask you to reveal anything that is protected by law.
Should you refuse to take the test, you can be terminated or disciplined. If you plan to answer dishonestly, you might want to keep that to yourself. The company is able to discipline you for willfully providing false information.

Of the 400 that have degrees 60 of them are single, so that leaves 340 that are married. Of the 600, 100 are single which leaves 500 married. So out of the 500 married ones, 340 have degrees. So the answer is "B" 340 out of 600.
