My sister in law used it and lost a bunch of weight. then she gained most of it back because she stopped following the diet. basically, like any diet, it can work if you follow it and incorporate healthy habits into your life for life! if you follow the diet and it works, it has to be something you feel you want to stick with for the long term.

If you haven't already checked it out, maybe also look at the zone diet. it's a way of eating that you can pretty much just always do without feeling deprived. it took me a little while to get in the habits of eating balanced meals and snacks all the time, but my husband and i do it and love it and totally feel the benefits in terms of our health, energy, weight, and it's not hard at all to follow once you get the habit going (it's not at all a deprivation diet)

good luck with whatever you choose, be healthy!

Nothing really to say, except you will lose weight on it! Greens are usually reffered to when speaking about vegetables.

Hope I helped!

I was thinking about getting this diet plan, but I am not sure if it really works like it says its supposed to.
And if you've tried it does it work?

I did it and truthfully I sent it back for a refund. The diet was simple...to the point of boring. The exercises were not a big deal, but the diet was really boring.

Can anyone find the direct number to call to order 6 week Body Makeover by Michael Thurmond?

Can someone please find the number for me to order Michael Thurmand (not sure how to spell) 6 wk body makeover
I do not want the customer service number. 10 points to anyone who finds me the number to call where I can make monthly payments for this. I want to order directly and not from a 3rd party or online.

Thank you!

I posted this question before, and I got incorrect answers. I do not want the number for "as seen on tv" to order from a third party. I want to order this directly. I found their website but no phone number.

10 points to anyone who can find the number.

I have not, but I know people who have. You can lose weight on it, but it's a big commitment. You have to eat a bunch of little meals, and you have to make everything on it, pretty much, so it's a big time commitment making sure you have the food you need when you need it (you always have to bring it with you and stuff).

I ordered that program last year, it worked very well for a friend of mine , she lost weight rapidly, you do eat more times a day, the portions are small though, like 1/2 cup of protien & 1/2 cup of rice & 1/2 cup veg., ect.
I would have to say, the cons, are that you have alot of preparing to do, all foods have to be fresh, nothing canned or boxed. No salt can be added to your for, nor can you use any seasoning, or condiments w/ salt on your foods. No matter how much herbs, or salt free seasonings i used, it still seemed to have something missing for taste(salt). All your vegetables have to be bought fresh from produce, so you have to prepare & eat it right away before it goes bad, or prepakage your own meals in half cup servings. It is very good for weightloss, if you can stick to it. Oh, also, you can't have any store bought breads or pastsa, it's too proscessed, you have to make your own homemade if you want it. No sugar either in your foods.
