I am a sonography specialist ,43 years old and I would like to

Any ultrasound specialist to know about this subject?
I have recently recieved new sonography apparatus :
GE voluson 730 PRO
the probes are:
2-7convex
2-5 4d
4-9endocavital
6-12linear
can you let me know how to share experiences of working with the above machine with other ultrasound specialists.
