Does anyone know where I can get a custom leather wrist band made?

I want little loops on it so i can slide in things.any advice is appreciated.thank you

Have you tried going to leather accessory shops for advice or even research via search engines for ppl who craft leather as a hobby.
eBay often have these type of wrist bands etc...Good Luck♥
