I hate spending on myself. It makes me sick. However, I need some things such as a new pair of jeans and a shirt or two to wear to work. Where would I be able to find name brand clothing and bargain basement prices. I don't have a particular style just casual and normal. I have a customer right now that was dealing with a company that charged them $80/month basically for hosting, and that's ridiculous. I would recommend you get your domain from whoever you bought it from. IF you bought it from a company whom I'm referring to then you should call them and tell them you're going to host it somewhere else, they'll probably charge you about $35. After you did that, you should find a cheap hosting company. Many choose godaddy. After you get the hosting you should find a web designer and have your site "professionally" made. It's better to pay for quality work once, rather than be charged by some company that'll charge you outrageous prices and you end up having to worry about designing your website. Daily.co.uk is pretty cheap for both .co.uk and .com, £5 over 2 years for a .co.uk I wouldn't really bother putting much more effort in to find cheaper you'll only be saving yourself a few pennies!
