About $2.50. Old Bibles are not worth very much, because so many of them are still around, so many of them were printed. About the only time an old Bible is worth anything if there's an autograph of some famous owner on the front page. It seems funny that something that old shouldn't be worth much, but the market is one of supply and demand.

Why does (American) society frown on marriage between first cousins when the Bible.gives this instance of it?

Sam, the New Testament's dietary laws differ from the Old Testament's.

Only about half the states actually disallow it so I don't know how much of society is actually against it. I think most people think of it as a gross hillybilly act.
