Do the younger actors in Slumdog Millionaire have trust funds and future homes?
The children that star in "Slumdog" are really from the slums so I hear. I also hear that they have trust funds and homes funded by someone or another. Is this true? Is there more to the story?

They are really from the slums and will receive the money once they have finished school.
They went to the oscars and disney when in LA but have now returned home back to the slums

I am trying to save and plan for the future. I am able to put some money away every month and would like to get the best possible return with the least risk. What should I do? What options are there for me with about £500 per month available to use? I also do not have a pension plan, own property or have a car.

500 pounds a month is not a small amount. It is rather substantial. I am not very familiar with the mutual fund companies that you have available in the U K, but I do know there are many to choose from. I believe that Fidelity markets funds in the U K. In the U S they have an excellent selection of funds. Here is a link the the U K Yahoo mutual funds site showing the Fidelity Funds. Notice the 3 year return and the star rating of each fund.

How do I set up a incubator fund - a precursor to a hedge fund in the future?
I need a way to establish my track record so as to market the fund to potential investors in the future.

The future of Reliance Mutual Fund is bright. The fund has highly skilled and loyale Fund Managers.
The future of all mutual funds is bright as far as india is concern.
The mutual fund enables small investors to benifit from the equity markets at much lower risk as compared to direct equity investment.
In India less than 5% people invest in mutual funds and 95% still invests in traditional investment vehicles like Post Office Schemes, NSC, PPF and Bank FDs. So india has still long way to go in terms of mutual fund and equity investments.
Reliance is the brand that is synonym of trust. I have a client who is a stock market trader and never invest in mutual fund. But he always invest in Reliance Mutual Fund.

I want to be an astronaut, and I've done a lot of recent research, all of which tells me that most Americans believe we spend too much on the space program already. I believe we should spend a limited amount, but for important occasions only.
PROS
* Space expeditions can lead to great discoveries
* Space expeditions provide facts and details we need here on Earth
* We have already invested in the ISS and space satellites, and therefore it should be continued
* Humans are running out of energy and need more alternatives, which the space program can provide
CONS
* It is extremely costly
* We leave space junk that is potentially harmful
* We know many of our questions can not be answered anyway
* Once we continue, we will not be able to stop because more questions will arrive with new discoveries
