Mexican truck accident Sept.10 2007 34 dead 150 injured is this what we have to look forward to?

Shouldnt this accident be a warning about what is about to happen in the US as their trucks come roaring in and we dont know who is behind the wheel or their qualifications why are they being allowed to enter our once soverign nation?

Um, did you read the story and find out why the truck exploded? It wasn't even being driving, it was parked and another fire on the site got out of hand and started the truck filled with explosives on fire, then boom. That could have happened anywhere, and it happened in Mexico by the way. Please try to keep to the facts, it makes your concerns more plausible.

Donna

I suggest you contact http://www.jfrd.com/ which is the website for the Jacksonville Firefighters Association. Since the accident happeded in 1968, I would guess the responding firefighters would be retired by now.

Also try http://www.coj.net/Departments/Fire+and ... efault.htm
which is the City of Jacksonville's Fire and Rescue Department.

The report of the accident, and the subsequent fire marshal investigation will be a public document.

You can also get additional documentation from the insurance firms involved and supporting evidence from any resulting lawsuit(s) filed in court.

Also try the Jacksonville Public Library at 122 North Ocean Street Jacksonville, Florida 32202-3374 ph. 904-630-2410
and ask for Andy Barmer or email abarmer@coj.net Mr. Bramer is listed as the contact for the state documents collection.

Jacksonville Public Library should also have microfilm records of local newspapers.

Depending on if you're a model for that part of your body, it could be worth a lot.

If your livelyhood and career don't depend on that skin being fully smooth- you should be happy that a scar is all you have.

If u r involved n a truck driving accident and don't get any tickets, does it still go on ur driver's licence?

I was involved in a rollover accident in a big rig and was not issued any citations. Does this still go on my driver's license?

The DMV is the ONLY agency able to add points to your license. Points on your license is assessed by being cited for a moving violation. If you were not issued a citation by the police, you will not incur any points on your license. Your insurance company cannot add points to your license, only points on your insurance rating, which effects the cost of your premiums.

Depending on where it is at do a search for a local newspaper from a town near the site of the wreck.
