Autoinsurance.maclenet.com - try this one. I have their car insurance and, as I know, they can provide such a service.

I hit a car, hes refused settlement from insurance agency - Florida - can he sue and take my personal assets ?

I hit a car in the rear, and the driver has refused the insurance settlement my insurance carrier offered him, they said he intends on suing - if he is successful in his suit can he take my secondary vehicles, land i own, and other assets ? Im getting varied advice, and want to know what going on . . thanks ! i live in the state of florida, and thats where the accident happenned also.

Hi, we are going through the same thing right now. My husband went through a stop sign and hit a car and he refused the insurance settlement also and now he is suing us. I took the papers to our insurance company and they are taking care of it. We were told that the insurance company will have to pay for any settlement and everything. I don't know if the laws are different in Florida but if he does sue take it to your insurance and they have to provide you with a lawyer. How do some people get agency jobs and they dont even have proof or insurance or car?

All the jobs I know of say that you must have these 2 things in order to get a job. I see these people with clients on the bus
But most places want let you work unless you have your own car. Are they using someone else insurance to show proof ?

Employers usually require employees to have their own mode of transportation, whether it be their own vehicle (for which they MUST have proof of insurance because it's the law), or they can opt to take public transit to work if they prefer. The clients you see are most likely taking advantage of the latter.

This is a double edged sword. Online is definitely cheaper, but the companies that you can get online are "nonstandard" companies which mean that while you get a cheaper initial rate, they are going to surcharge the heck out of you if you get even one violation. Like progressive and Geico lure you in with low initial rates. It can get costly really fast with them. I think your best bet for getting a good coverage at a decent rate would be to check out an independent agent ( those are agents that write for different companies and not just one exclusively)

PS> the agents don't add fees to the policy. Whatever your premium is, the company gives the agent a percentage of that premium. So there are no added fees to the insured from the agency.
