Can i get a good deal on DSL in Hartford, Connecticut? something like under 20 bucks or anything?

A lot of DSL companies are around $20 these days. I pay $30/month but its cable.

Do a search on google and type "DSL for " and put your state instead. It will give you a list DSL providers in your area. They can check for you online if they service your area.

Does anyone know where I can find cheap DSL service? Which providers are for around under 15 dollars a month?

Also, does it allow me to keep an old e-mail address? Thanks.

There are a lot of DSL providers but it depends on where you live. Try your local telephone company. You would only be able to keep your same e-mail address if you have a free acount or continue to pay.

My verizon bill is killing me. Im trying to cut back a bit and this is one of them.
I live in philly. Verizon is too much anymore. Any ideas who is cheaper? thanks all!

Depends you location.....i would say bellsouth...but i am not sure if they privode in ur area

I have comcast but its so expensive, i need to find something cheaper and one that doesnt require you to have at&t as a phone provider cause i have mci. Please help, my internet bill is $50 bucks a month!

Comcast has a non-advertised $18\mo internet service (actually $16.95). The speed is 768\256. you do have to ask for the Value Pack.
AT&T has a $19.95\mo package, speed 768\128

running a web server on a dsl connection is not a good idea, sure u can but it will be terribly slow
