Ok using power of attorney for personal gain is fraud or larceny who do i turn the person into? ?

Ok the concensus is the person i know who has used power of attorney for her own gain to the tune of several hundred thousand dollars is guilty of fraud larceny and maybe more. who do i go to to report this caregiver? the police? the da? the state attorney general? or someone else?

Your first step should always be the local police. They will either investigate and refer to the District Attorney, or refer it to an agency that specializes in crimes against the elderly. In larger jurisdictions, the Department of Human Services may have someone assigned to this type of crime.

Would anybody know an attorney who could help me by answering a few questions on a larceny case in CT?

I desperately need some guidance.I was addicted and stole and sold some merchandise over the past few months and now PD is asking me to call them,etc.I believe that an arrest warrant will be served soon.I was addicted and now I am clean,but with no money and with a loss of a job a month ago.I am sure that a Public Defence will be denied(wife makes good salary,but I am here in this on my own,etc.)I never commited any violent crimes,only shopliftings to cover my habit.Once again,with all honesty,I am clean and just would like a lawyer to answer a few questions on what I should do when talking to the PD,on how to find out if an arrest warrant is issued,etc.I am scared and some,even anonymous help would be a gift from Heaven.I have a most "inner beauty" wife in the world that is all that I have and love and I am just so sorry for crushing her world.Could anybody help a little?I have no clue what to do and no money as of now, but I want to stand up to life and be a good person again

Do not go the almost def have an arrest warrent issued already. Since you were prob caught on camara and you do not sound to smart you probably did this in your home town were you are most likely know because you are an addict. What are you an addict on coke herion because I do not think you should declare yourself clean if it has only been like to weeks go to jail and get clean come back and start your life again.
