Does anyone know how long it take to recover from a chin tuck or chin lipo surgery?

Everyone heals differently, so there is not a firm answer to this. Also, what is your definition of "recover"? You'll be out of the recovery room in a matter of minutes to hours. There will be swelling and soreness for a week or so. Full tissue strength after any surgery takes 12 weeks.
Costs vary widely based on location, and by practitioner. Call some plastic surgeons in your area and ask them.

Has anyone give me some answers on what to expect after lipo in the chin area?
I had lipo under my chin done a week ago. It looks significantly better but I still notice a little heaviness under the chin. Is it possible that it is just swollen? And how long after lipo can you really tell what the final outcome is? Also when I touch the area I notice a few hard lumps that have me concerned. Any answers would be greatly appreciated.
