Where can I find a drug and alcohol rehab program for someone with physical disabilities?

My brother has battled with drug and alcohol problems for years.He now has a colostomy bag and 1 leg. He no longer wants to live, what can I do?

Do you live here in the states? Any state funded treatment center, is set up for people with disabilities.
I worked as a counselor for 16 yr as an inpatient substance abuse center. They have to be handicap friendly.
You can look up mental health in the Blue Pages and then call the Administator of the Deptment of Mental Health/Substance Abuse and ask for a state funded treatment center in your area.
