Really depends. i have seen them as cheap as 1000USD and as high as 5000USD.

I paid 4500USD becase the guy that did it Dr Silver at TLC eye care centers is one of the top guys in the field.

Remember they are your eyes, if there is one thing you should not try to save money on is a Lasik procedure.

Good Laser Eye Surgery Pompano Beach centers and Pompano Beach Lasik services?

Can anyone help me I am looking for good places for Lasik in Pompano Beach Florida. I have been reading about it online and spoken with a few people but it is still challenging to find a good Pompano Beach Laser Eye Surgery center or one in the immediate area that I can trust. Are there any good Laser Eye Surgeon Florida review sites out there?

I was very nervous about getting a lasik surgeon initially. To learn abut Lasik I read the book Refractive Laser Eye Surgery by Chris Knobbe. It was very helpful. I found a doctor fairly easily online here is a list of Lasik Pompano Beach, FL centers

I used the Rand Eye Institute they were nice, quick and easy. Once you do it will change your life.

Well, I haven't had it myself personally, but a lot of friends swear by it, and are glad that they got it. My brother got it India through India Health Guru Consultants, and he said it was great Lasik eye surgery helped millions of people to be able to see, without the help of contacts and glasses. It will help you too, but make sure you get the right doctor for the procedure. After the surgery, one feels mild discomfort or pain for a couple of days. The procedure itself is not painful because they give you anaesthetic drops to numb the eye. For the first week, one may have sensitivity to light as blurry vision and dry eyes. All these side effects disappear within a few days and. The process is simple, safe and fast. They are making big improvements in this field, so it's probably worth it if you can afford it and don't need to use your eyes for a few days

You will need to gather the following data,
1) Potential Market Size .. get statistics
2) Spending power of potential target market .. how much are they willing to spend and if they can have benefectors or insurance for the surgery.
3) What your potential market like and dislike ..
4) location of your clinic, transport, parking ect.
5) Competitors and what are they doing to attract the patients and how much they charge.
6) Know your overheads and cost .
7) How much you have before you run out of capital and how long can you wait before the business really picks up.
8) Payment collection from the customers..

Analyse that on a SWOT table. Peruse every detail then you may come up with a tactic or strategy to win your customers.

All the ideas here may work for short term but it may not be good for long term without analysing the above.

Usually once you have collected all the data from the above the solution or idea of a marketing tactic or strategy can come easily.

It is good to have a dream and work it but you may need to be really ready to face all the challenges. remember that any ideas that you think of can and will be copied i not bettered by your competitors. So when you are ready to go fishing for clients, cover all bases and go all out!

Good Luck.

If you like my suggestions and have already gathered the data please do contact me for further advise. I am more then ready to assist.

That sucks! I work at a LASIK center in San Jose, CA and Pleasanton, CA.

It takes 3 months for your vision to stabilize. So it may just be that. Some patients don't see 20/20 within the first day w/LASIK. Some take 24-48 hours to notice improvement. Hopefully you were given eye drops to use after surgery - antibiotics (use for 5 days afterwards), anti-inflammatory(also 5 days afterwards), and artificial tears (for 1 month after) to use.

I hope you did not go to a "bargain center" for surgery. I know those $499/eye sounds appealing and definitely affordable but those are usually Dr's who are just starting out and need to gain the experience. Even centers that offer "lifetime guarantees" are a joke as most of them won't even be around 5-10 years later when you will need something.

You can get cheap surgery but first you need to get free exam from this site http://www.free4earth.com/How_To/Get_Fr ... _Exam.aspx you can choose your suitable time for your free exam and don't worry you will not pay any thing in exam just choose your time to make your free exam
