First, I would place the date, enter down four spaces, place Facsimilie: then the telephone fax number, enter down two spaces and address to: Dear Sir or Madame or To Whom It May Concern, then write the rest of the letter. On the fax cover sheet, you would send it to "Human Resources" in the "TO" line. I hope that this helps you! Good luck in your job search!
