An instructor i have was telling me about a free service i think linux based that is identical to cisco's call manager.
a place to start though is to find out what your budget is and then start to see if your current network has room to expand and carry the ip traffic. then price out all the equipment.

Can I use a Linksys SIP PBX with a Cisco VoIP phone, and what service provider?
Can I use a Linksys SIP PBX with a Cisco VoIP phone? Also, what service provider would support this? I live in Honolulu, Hawaii, if that makes a difference.

Your PBX shouldn't have anything to do with your internet service. You can connect the PBX to your computers, but the phone and internet wiring are seperate.
