I found my old dolls and would like them to be usable for the kids but the hair is tangled and wild.

1. Wash the hair thoroughly in dish-soap and water - rinse well.
2. Spray in a leave-in child's detangler (no-more-tears, whatever)
3. Lay the doll on your legs so her hair is over your thigh (lay down a towel first)
4. Comb REALLY well - working from the ends up to the 'scalp'
5. Once ALL of the tangles are out, sit the doll in the sink and pour boiling water over her head for about 10 seconds, immediately rinse in cold water.
You'll have beautiful straight shiny doll hair, that will stay smooth and tangle free for quite awhile even under serious play conditions.
