Nothing is impossible. The big question is how bad is your credit, and are you willing to pay high interest rates on a
mortgage. There are many sub-prime lenders out there willing to take a risk if the price is right.

I am trying to buy a home, but have a poor credit score of about 520. Does anyone know of someone that will finance a first time home buyer with such a low credit score? I do have a stable job that i have been at for almost three years and make decent money. I'm hoping to find something with an interest rate of below 10% if possible, but any information would be helpful. Thanks!

Think with you payment record would you loan your self money -- ok suggest you keep renting until you save more and get your credit score up!!!
