I gave them my information , for a cash loan and i was wondering was this a legitimate , company /

It looks like a legit Payday loan company which should be used as an absolute last resort.

What is the repayment process for unsecured loans on Prosper.com ?

I need a $10,000 loan to pay off credit card debt. However, I will need time to find a job after I graduate from college this summer. Therefore, how soon will Prosper.com ask me to start making payments? Do I have to pay a fee to register myself on the website? Also how will the amount of my monthly payments be determined? And will all the money be due in 3 years? What about interest? Can someone please explain all of this to me? Thank you in advance.

Your first payment will be due 1 month from the loan origination date.

No fee to register. There is a closing fee (1%-2% based on your credit grade) if your loan is funded. This fee is deducted from the loan amount.

Payment amount is normal amortization schedule based on loan amount and interest rate for 36 months. You'll pay the monthly interest and a portion of the principal each month.

All Prosper loans are 36 month terms. Interest is determined by what your starting rate is and if lenders bid it down or not.

I need $700 now and am willing to pay back $100 every paycheck until it is paid off.

Is there a site similar to Lendingtree.com for commercial loans?

I'm looking for a bank for a loan on commercial property for a term of 15 year at the best rate possible. I'm trying to find a single site that provides rates from multiple banks similar to Lending Tree. Does a site like that exist? Is there an easier way to search for this information without searching each bank's individual sites?

None exists that I'm aware of. Your closest bet would be to ask a commercial loan broker to shop for you. I'm a direct lender myself and I haven't dealt with brokers for quite a while, but a good one should be able to save you considerable time and get you a fair deal - hopefully, if he's very familiar with your situation, he should know which lenders could accomodate you.

I know there is a limit to $25k per loan, but is there a limit to how many $25k loans I can take out? Anyone know?

At this time, you can take out a maximum of two Prosper loans at one time (once you repay one, you can take another), for a COMBINED maximum of $25K (NOT $25K per loan).
