I have accidentally deleted a file from a database and a commit has been execued. I am using Oracle 10G. How do I get the file back. Help would be greatly appreciated. Please ak if u need any additional information.

Your only real shot at getting it back is to restore a backup. If you aren't keeping backups, then you are SOL. Sorry dude.
