Where can I get CD mailers that meet the NEW first class USPS standards?
I need to be able to mail CDs cheapest possible. Th old cardboard single CD mailers aren't first class anymore so anyone no where I can get the new versions?

I don't know where you got the idea that a CD Mailer is not First Class Mail anymore, they certainly are.
The common cardboard sleeved CD Mailer would be considered a Non Machinable Letter subject to the surcharge of 17¢, in addition to the postage as determined by the weight. For instance, a 2 ounce piece would be 41¢ + 17¢ for the 2nd ounce and + 17¢ for the surcharge for a total of 75¢.
The reason for the surcharge would be because the mailer is square and it is too stiff for automated processing.

Is 41 cents enough postage to mail a bubble mailer, a letter, and a mix CD?
If it weren't enough, the post office would send it back to my mailbox, right? I tried mailing it out about one and a half weeks ago, and they still haven't returned it. Should I assume that it's lost?

It will not be enough. It will be easier to go to the post office, have them weigh it and send it off.
Hope this answer helps!

Take everything you wish to mail into you local Post Office and have them weigh it for you, then you can get an approximate cost of what it will be to mail it. At 5 oz, it's 39 cents for the first oz and an additional 24 cents for every other oz. Sounds like $1.35 to me.

What size mailer do I need, to mail a DVD with its whole case (not just a CD jewel case)?
Anyone have a link, or size measurements?

Why am I being charged First Class Parcel rates for a cardboard CD mailer?
Cardboard CD Mailer - 1.3 oz with CD - 5 1/2" height - 6 1/2" width - 1/8" thickness
I assumed this would be First Class Letter at 59¢ with a 20¢ surcharge for a non-machinable letter (not bendable etc.) for a total of 79¢ But I'm being charged $1.34 for First Class Parcel every time I ship one. Is this correct?

It is an "odd size" by post office standards. Not a standard letter envelope.
