Computer Software for inventory / pos / customer history and a server?
My family owns a tire store in the metro Detroit area. The shop has been around for quite sometime but has always been fairly old school in their inter-office processes. Invoices are all hand written inventory is kept in a log book. Since we bought the store we've been slowly updating everything. I am trying to setup a company network on an in house server. Set up computers on ever desk. keep an electronic inventory etc. The problem that I keep running into is that we deal with retail and wholesale accounts. I need advice on a network setup as well as a capable program for invoicing both retail and whole sale customers as well a point of sales terminal, and keep tabs on our inventory. Anyone with some advice I would really appreciate it.
