My god no. you can do a lot better for a first car. generally you should avoid ANY Malaysian car older than a 2005, as they just fall apart. Proton builds some of the worst cars on the planet. I don't know where you live so i don't know what brands are available to you, but a good choice for a first car is something reliable that won't cost you insane amounts for repairs and servicing. for example a used volvo, Volkswagen, Nissan, etc. all of these are foreign (at least where i live they are) so repairs are costly, BUT, they are brands with very high reliability reputations so you won't need to have them serviced as often. no matter what age you are when youre looking for a car, steer clear of anything made in Korea, Malaysia, Taiwan, Vietnam, etc. as they're just unreliability, poorly built, unattractive money pits, that will put you through hell.
and if you're looking for something a little more sporty you could have a look at used mustangs, or corvettes which can be found for pretty cheap on the used market, and are damned near bullet proof. a C4 corvette is a serious performer, generally regarded as the car that brought performance vehicles back into the world market, and they look stunning. a 1995 Corvette in good condition will cost you about $5000-9000, and they produce about 330 horsepower...theyre serious cars. as you can see this is the route i would take hahaha.
o and by the way, consider reporting that jackass who posted first, as he's just spreading spam. that URL links to some wine tasting crap.
