I have a feeling that people can't be that honest when they blog their lives out and tell the world their emotions and thoughts. Oh, and those photoshoped portrait.

Why are people addicted to creating their second identity when we all know a lot of the things online are fake?

You may not be fully right. Some people may try to share their thoughts and emotions in these blogs. We should also understand that this is not a court of justice to expect 100% sincerity and veracity.

I think some hospitals have the "coaching partners" watch a video before the birth, so they are prepared for what's to come in the delivery room. You should find out if a hospital near you does this, and request to see it.
