On Grand Theft Auto: III for the Playstation 2, go up the train station in Chinatown. If you look through the window(s) in the back of the shelter with the Left Analog stick, you can see the buildings' graphics are cut off and replaced with big dark rectangles. At the very end just standing there, is a "mysterious tower." If you can get to it, how?

I don't think you can, it's just weird that GTA III's ability to fly into high buildings is impossible unless you know how to handle the dido plane.
