How much will it cost to have lipo suction only on my lower belly?

I have a very stubborn fat roll there. Regular exercise seems to have ZERO effect on it. I feel like something is wrong with me.I could care less about how I look as long as my husband is happy but this lower pouch feels like it is squishing me when I am sitting sometimes! I am barely overweight so I want just this one little think fixed.

Where do you live? In Ontario, Canada it cost $2000..I`m having a tummy tuck in October, it`s costing me $7500
